Welcome to the DOUNO Private Beta.
These Beta Terms govern your participation in the DOUNO beta program.
By submitting your application and accessing the beta, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Beta Program
The DOUNO beta program allows selected participants to test pre-release versions of the platform and provide feedback before the official public launch.
The platform is still under active development.
Features, functionality and availability may change without notice.
2. Beta Access
Participation in the beta is by invitation only.
Submitting an application does not guarantee access.
DOUNO reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.
3. Confidentiality
As a beta participant, you may gain access to features, concepts, designs, workflows, user interfaces and technologies that are not yet publicly available.
By participating in the beta, you agree to keep all non-public information about DOUNO confidential.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- screenshots;
- videos;
- recordings;
- documentation;
- technical details;
- workflows;
- product concepts;
- unpublished features;
- source material provided during the beta.
You agree not to publish, distribute, disclose or otherwise share such information without prior written permission from DOUNO.
4. Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas or feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by DOUNO without restriction and without compensation.
Your feedback helps improve the platform for all future users.
5. Acceptable Use
Participants agree not to:
- attempt to reverse engineer the platform;
- interfere with normal operation;
- exploit bugs for personal benefit;
- use automated systems to access the service;
- upload unlawful content.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to DOUNO remain the exclusive property of Alessandro Candelari / DOUNO.
Participation in the beta does not grant any ownership or license rights beyond the temporary right to use the platform for testing purposes.
7. Termination
DOUNO may suspend or revoke beta access at any time without prior notice if these terms are violated.
8. No Warranty
The beta is provided “as is”.
Bugs, interruptions and temporary service unavailability should be expected.
DOUNO makes no guarantees regarding performance, availability or suitability for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOUNO shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the beta program.
10. Governing Law
These Beta Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

DOUNO is confidential pre-release software.
By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that the platform contains unpublished concepts, designs, user experience decisions and technical solutions that constitute confidential information and valuable intellectual property.
You agree to use the platform solely for the purpose of evaluating and testing the service during the beta period.
